While dobiQueen offers self-service laundrettes and on-demand pickup and delivery, there was still a gap for customers who preferred not to wait on-site.
To enhance flexibility, they introduced a new ‘Drop-Off & Pick-Up’ option allowing customers to leave their laundry with staff and return later to collect it.
This upgrade aimed to save time, reduce friction, and further improve the overall service experience.
